Charlie’s began in 2013 inside a small Rockwall car wash, serving fresh burgers and tacos made from scratch. By 2016, we moved into a 1920s saddle shop in Old Town Rockwall, turning it into a cozy local spot for hearty food and good company. Today, our Rockwall restaurant welcomes families, friends, and visitors to enjoy honest meals that bring people together in the heart of our town.
